i'm looking for a plain old i 3 month non immigrant visa. after i get my passport "revitalized", what's next and do you know how long the procedure takes.

am planning to leave in late october, early november. thanks

Would be nice to know your nationality, age and country you are leaving from? What country do you plan to apply for the non-immigrant visa from and reason for applying? I assume you mean that you are getting a new passport.

How do you intend to qualify for a non immigrant visa to Thailand? You apply for visa at any Thai Consulate with the documents they specify. If done in person normally available same day or next. If done by mail I would allow a week or a bit more.

Such visas are only issued for specific reasons - work, education, medical treatment, Thai spouse or child, retirement, educators, business trips of executives and such.
