Thai visa have got the wrong email for me so obviously I want to correct it but it's impossible as the box where you copy words is missing, where is it and how do you get it back so you can change details??

Click on "My Settings" at the top of the page then select "Change E-mail Address" from the left hand settings list.

Note the following on that settings page.

PLEASE NOTE: You will have to re-activate your account after changing your email address.

An email will be sent to the email address you specify below, outlining what you need to do.

Proceeding with this action will log you out. It is strongly recommended that you reset your password before changing your email address if you are unable to remember your password.

If you send the request to support than the above will not be necessary.
