As a buyer, don't think you're getting a bargain - at Bank AMCs, the best properties have already been cherry-picked by the families of bank employees. Such low-end, low spec, knackered housing has no correlation with new-build, high end housing in the Bangkok suburbs. It is perfectly possible for the latter to be valuable at the same time as the former is useless. That is precisely what is happening. Hope this clarifies things Maerim.
