Fastest Internet Connection

If one were willing to spend upwards of 10k b/month, what would be the fastest most reliable internet connection one could get in Bangkok? I'm not sure I want to spend that, but I'm moving to Thailand soon and will require a reliable, high speed connection, and I'd like to know all my options.
