LaoPo A spectacular museum is being built (in this city) at the very moment, on the edge of a mountain massive with running rivers deep beneath it: in this impression you can see people (the small dots) from Google Earth; actual spot where museum is being built. I 'could' have said the next Guggenheim but I found that a bit to obvious.... LaoPo I didn't actually find it from your clues in the end LP, although they confirmed it when I finally got there. After searching the US and Canada exhaustively I decided you were playing games with the term "Northern Hemisphere Americas" and looked for cities near mountains in Mexico. Found it there. Large power station in the distance. Africa? Hmm..looks more like a one-way street to me and not necessarily left hand drive. There is an underground parking exit on the left which in fact could have been a right sided entrance instead of an exit (once). Further, not a very mountainous landscape and pic likely taken on a very early Sunday morning. I don't know why but it looks like northern Europe.
