My clue is 3000 kms not miles, and if I gave the direction it would place you right on the city. I think you should have to do a little work yourself. Apart from that there are hundreds of places which could fit your description, south of Beijing. The pic is too small and no further lead....and unreadable for my wife, even with my magnifying glass... Note: uploading has nothing to do with your WiFi router....
