I was told yesterday that the newly crowned Miss Samui is in fact a Farang with blonde hair and very pretty by all accounts, was just wandering how a farang could win a regional title? if my info is correct this very pretty young lady does not speak Thai. If my understanding is correct then Miss Samui then qualifies to enter the Miss Thailand contest. Can anyone clarify if my understanding is correct! or is my info wrong.
