Can anyone recommend a good doctor in Bangkok for treatment of Achilles Tendonitis?

In between now and the time you find a doctor you can try what I did before. Ice for 20 minutes or so and then massage for 20 minutes. Repeat 2/3 times a day, everyday until the pain greatly decreases.

do you need a doctor or a sports physio?

couple of years again now, ongoing achilles trouble aggravated by my hill running on Phuket, got recommended a sports physio who was involved with the mountainbiking club and had a real interest in sports injuries.

Worked for me, change in exercise programme.

Go where Sheryl suggested you go...the ortho dept at Bumrungrad has some of the best Dr.s you will find anywhere and their diagnostic equiptment is also top shelf. Dont pay attention to alot of the negative chat on here..The pricing there is the same as any of the top rated private hospitals.
