I've been following the news but very confused about actual requirements particularly at pattaya immigration office

After receiving financial approval letter from usa embassy, does pattaya immigration required monthly deposit information from bank?

If so? for how many months, and do the months need to be most recent consecutive months or can they be random months during the year

Is this requirement for all requesting extension or just required from some?

In lieu of monthly bank statements, will they accept proof of income from usa government and/or the agency or company providing the pension?

If you can enlighten me regarding these questions, i would be very appreciative

Thanks in advance

From Phuket asking about Pattaya?

There is no current requirement for monthly account deposits and no reliable reporting of such being asked except for the random applicant (and that was two most recent months in most recent reports). Am sure some other form of documentation would be accepted in any such case (and it has often been reported that even old ATM receipts have been accepted). Do not believe anyone has a real issue unless proven working illegally and that is the source of his retirement living funds.
