Buchholz
Just to further clarify, the exact same wording as to who is ineligible to vote: 3) being detained by a warrant of the Court or by a lawful order was contained in the 1997 Thailand Constitution, as well. . hyperdimension
A while ago I was hoping Jatuporn would be Pheu Thai's candidate for PM. It would have been good entertainment to see his fat face on the posters along the road (and it would've matched well with the PAD's "Vote No" posters). Now he's just a mad buffalo locked up due to the otherwise danger to society. He shouldn't have been placed so high on Pheu Thai's party list anyway (and we could say the same for many others who are high on the list). rubl
It seems k. Natthawut is missing his buddy k. Jatuporn. He didn't like k. Sodsri (of the EC) remark that if k. Jatuporn isn't allowed to vote on Sunday, he may not qualify as MP. K. Natthawut wondered whether Mrs Sodsri’s remark was intended to influence the courts. I don't think the court will change its decision either.

whybother
Whether or not he votes shouldn't affect his right to become an MP. Remember Bobby Sands. It should when the law says that if you don't vote, you can't become an MP.
