Sausage And Caoh2

Featured Replies

Looking for two things in Sukhumvit or nearby:

1. Various sausages such as Italian, Chorizo, Farmer's, Andouille, Keilbasa, and others. So tired of Thai and all its fillers and occasional grit, and my sausagemaker on Koh Chang moved on to greener pastures. A lamb, duck or chicken sausage would be a treat! The usual places, Tops and Villa are limited in variety, mostly German. Any other sources?

2. Calcium Hydroxide, aka, mineral lime, that I can use to make corn tortillas. As much as I love Villa Market and the vast majority of their offerings, I bought some "tortillas" under the Danita trademark (they can't even spell the Mexican name right -- shoulda known) and I trashed them. Not fit for my dogs.

Thanks!

Everything I have had from Sausage King has been first class. He freights stuff from ChiangMai in dry ice and I am sure if you talk to him you can get sausages to your specs. He uses little or no preservatives.

You can come to look into my sausage counter in Gourmet Market at the Emporium, I do have more than German sausages recipes.

I also have Andouille, but occasionally made.. well, can make to clients order for more than 10kgs.

pls PM me, if you need more details.
