Best Option For Using 3G

Featured Replies

Im thinking about getting 3G and I want to know what everyone thinks would be the best way for me to use a single 3G account across the following devices:

Acer laptop

Ipad2 WiFi only (do not own yet)

Iphone (do not own yet)

I was thinking perhaps to get one of those TRUE 3G usb dongles with a 3G account and then I can use it with my laptop and when I buy an ipad I can use it with that too (as long as I buy the Apple usb adaptor right?)

Would it be possible to use this dongle with the iphone?

What other options would I have?

thanks :)

I have a 3G USB adapter on my Acer lap top and it works okay along with the Satelite dish and external antennae. I get all the true visions channels plus unlimited Internet access. Total cost about 26000 Baht and 1200 Baht a month for the Internet and 200 Baht for True getting all the channels and 300 Baht a month to the Thais who installed it. Total each month 1700 Baht

Assuming you have True 3G coverage in your location(s), then a MiFi device might be appropriate? Or get the iPhone and tether that (connect via 3G and share the connection via WiFi to the laptop and iPad).
