True logo make permanant mark on my plasma display .After 3 years of asking them .First the say it's not impossible after I try to prove this document from them said yes it happened but I don't have anything to do with it>.<post-131064-0-59970700-1310964133_thumb.

I've had my 42" Plasma for 7 or 8 years and no sign of burn in. The earlier sets were prone to it but proper techniques will prevent it. The newer technologies make them no more susceptible than CRTs. Even a standard CRT is prone to burn in. Essentially they are telling you it is a user issue and they would be correct. Yes, I do find all those logos quite annoying but not much we can do. Even sites like CNN have a lot of them and many years ago complaints were sent to them about the burn in issue - they still display them. ;)

There are methods to try and remove the burn in/ghosting by using a special CD. Might try this one.

They should remove logos every once 30-40 minutes, atleast during advertisements. Thats how logo burn is prevented without in need of anti burn technologies. Someone should tell True about this old trick!
