PATTAYA: -- A transsexual accused of stealing a mobile phone and passport from a Russian Tourist was arrested by Pattaya Police early on Monday Morning. Mr. Ambartcum Asatrian aged 29 alerted Police to the theft and the suspect was arrested in front of Soi 10 off Pattaya Beach Road. Khun Narin aged 19 was in possession of the victim’s mobile phone and passport
