Seems to be an issue with work visa mainly - paperwork covering an activity? - and possibly cross over with protected industry? Actually I did read that there were laws coming to shift the coffers back into the state telco. This would be applicable to Thai internet booths too. I was asking more for an different country actually. And was more curious at a level that was not competing with other internet booths or locals, but supplying to them. Have heard mention of "USAnetPhone.com" as a product and I got email from someone pushing "CallOnThe.Net", (mrpager ?).
