Via our Consulate in CM I got the business card from a Dutch cook who makes the mentioned above.

We tried them out and they are absolutely Great!

This is the dutch frikandel!!!!!

But enyway-in denmark we also have frikadeller-as told-so easy to misunderstand-exspecially when you(I) diident look at the pictures before posting.

I'll confess I wondered about the bitter ballens. <_<

Bitter Ballen are excellent.

Thankfully, down here, we have our very own Dutchman who makes them..... may have some tonight for a snack.

It's only balls of ragout in breadcrumbs.

With carved banana stalks, tomatoes sculpted to look like roses and some dancing girls.
