PATTAYA: -- A Russian was reportedly drugged and robbed by a woman he met on Walking Street in South Pattaya, in the early hours of Tuesday. Police were called to the front of the Bamboo 94 Motel in Soi Khopai, South Pattaya on Tuesday afternoon to assist Mr. Ruslan Momedov aged 30 who was in a dazed state. He was escorted to Pattaya Police Station where he revealed he had been in Thailand for 3 months and met the woman who took him back to the Motel. She ordered some coffee which was served to their room. He drank the coffee and soon felt sleepy

Still the guy has a Russian pasport. And they report his nationality according to his pasport not his ethnicity.

But I didn't understand one thing. Why did he bring his Ipad to a short time hotel? Or was all his stuff in his car and was stolen along the way tigether with it
