1) Harrows in Thailand is not a British educational institute - it is a Thai educational institute with connections to a British educational institute

2) It is very commercial

3) It has short tradition of providing education in Thailand (while Patana has been at the top for over 20 years)

I emailed Patana 4 weeks ago without a reply from their admissions department or a phone call or anything.

Pretty poor considering the amount of money to spent in 17 years school fees there.

Actually, you don't need to call them. Just go to their website "patana.ac.th" and at the bottom of the page click on Admissions. From here, it will ask whether you child is a Thai national or non-Thai national. If a Thai national only (i.e. not a dual), then best to call them at the number and extension given. If non-Thai national (or Thai national plus another nationality - dual), you can download the application form as most of us do, fill it out and there is a number with an extension to call if you need help.

Their admissions process is really quite simple.

Good luck.

Can I ask your reasons. Harrow being one of the best education institutions in the UK.

Given the two schools are at the opposite ends of Bangkok, it might be best to chose the one closest to where you will be living. NIST and ISB are also good choices. My kid goes to BPS (Patana) and we are happy with this choice.
