can anyone tell me if there is a Best time a Day to go, Do you have to wait a long time/, If its busy, Can they refuse to marry you and tell you to come the next day.

When dealing with any government office I would go as early as possible and expect a wait. I can't comment on Bang Rak because we did the amphur part in Phuket. We made the mistake of going in the afternoon. It was really busy with the locals getting new ID cards etc and we waited two hours to be seen. By that time it was coming up to 16.00 (when they close) and they said they didn't have enough time to process the marriage. We went back at 9.00 the following morning and again it was very busy, but after another long wait we finally had our marriage certs issued.
