Hey guys,

I'm just curious if there is a problem of applying and receiving two Visas in my passport? Im currently in my home country Canada, but I'm going to apply for my non-imm Multiple entry type B Thai Visa, and pretty much right after apply to the UK embassy for a visa.

My plan is to go back to Thailand this fall, and get settled in...But around January I need to go to the UK for school (10 weeks), So I need a UK Visa also in my passport.Should this be a problem? Is it better to get my thai visa first, then apply over in Thailand for my UK visa??

Not sure how to go about this.

Thanks in advance,

Nick

You can have multiple extant visas from different countries' embassies in your passport at the same time - no issue.

Only problem can be if you try to obtain concurrent visas for the same country..

interesting question.

since i wondered also....

having a retirement with 3 dependent visas attached in Thailand if i at the same time could hold a business visa in Laos.

But since you state that this is ni issue it make my decision a lot easier.

thanks

In a former life when I did lots of overland traveling I would get all the visas necessary if possible before setting off.

My passport would be half full before I even started the journey, so unless things have changed and it doesn't seems like they have, yes you can have multiple visas.

As "gennisis" says just be aware of the various time limits.

:D
