Accommodation In Chiang Mai

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Just been looking at previous posts, slightly different requirements to Jumpybongo as follows -

Travelling with a group of friends approx 14 of us (couples) to Chiang Mai in September 10th-17th. My head is spinning after looking at all the sites regarding accommodation so wonder if anyone can give us some suggestions/recommendations?

Looking for 7 Double rooms in Night Bazaar area, ideal accommodation would be small guest house/hotel that has a swimming pool and is clean.

Raming Lodge has been recommend to us and this looks good, been in touch with them and can get a pretty good rate - any thoughts on this, anyone stayed there recently, good points/bad points?

Your suggestions/recommendations would be much appreciated.

thanks

Lyn

Tell us what your budget is, what part of the city you are looking to stay in, and then we can give you some specific suggestions. Otherwise, go to Asiaroomsdotcom, ratestogo, Agoda and search out hundreds and hundreds of different properties.

I've stayed at the "Centara Duangtawan" on 3 occassions and will be going back again in October. Room rates are good, swimming pool is nice and clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more great with a good variety of both western and asian food. Location is 1 minute walk from the night market.
