What are "we" up against exactly? You're upset as a Muslim isn't being deported? Who's fault and which laws would you like changed? You do realise we have a legal system? And this legal act is nearly 60 years old. This man is a horrific human being and deserves nothing more than to suffer for his entire life. He served 14 years, will be monitored for life and if he has the slightest transgression he will go immediately back to prison. The home office: “On his release he will be on the sex offender register for life, ordered to stay away from his victims and banned from contacting any child or young person. “As well as facing strict curfews and restriction zones, his every movement will be tracked, forced to wear an electronic tag. Should he breach his conditions, he will be immediately locked up.” Section 7 of the Immigration Act 1971 means he can't legally be deported. Farage wouldn't be able to deport him, Yaxely-Lennon wouldn't be able to. It's the law, and it was brought in to end unrestricted migration from commonwealth countries (you would like that) and offered some protections from those who had already legally migrated to the UK prior to the law coming in to effect. And for very good reasons. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1971/77/section/7 This scum bag can't be deported due to that legal clause that was enacted for a good reason. No one saw this case coming 56 years ago. Have you read the law in question? Now, I know you like to watch slanted videos all day and make yourself angry at things. But what part of this due process would you change, and why. And how would you go about it? Easy to rant, less easy to read about it and enact change. And I still want to know who "we" is and what "you" are up against.
