She will need to change her name officially first at the Amphur she's registered at, then take the 'name change certificate that they will issue her with, to the passport office (or 'road show'). Once she's done all that, it takes about a week for her new passport to arrive, they will post it to her. Sorry, I don't know about having her daughter on the passport. It is located near the Le Meridian Hotel and the Restaurants on the South-East side of the Rimkok River. Hope Soape's info about a passport Roadshow is correct.
