As we all know the financial conditions are:

(6) In case of marriage with a Thai lady, the husband who is an alien must have an average annual income of not less than 40,000 baht per month or a money deposit in a local Thai bank of not less than 400,000 baht for the past 2 months for expenses within a year.

What if I have no 400k baht right now, and can not confirm my income in embassy. What is the possible options?

Can not confirm as I am form germany and working in UK company.

German embassy cant confirm anything, and UK dont dealing with germans.

I have letter form company with information about my income - is it enough to apply for marriage visa? What extension should I apply?

Can officer extend my current tourist visa to let me collect money on bank account?

On the other hand it isnt enough clever to setup bank account here if I dont know that i can stay

Please advice guys!

Rafal,

Do you mean to say that if you do have 400K in the bank you will be granted a visa even if you do not have an anual income of 40k a month.

Sorry for asking but I dont know the requirements?

You must have a letter from your Embassy - they do not have to confirm your income just a simple letter with your signature notarized that you earn that amount should be all that is required for Thai authorities (with supporting documents available). Have you checked with your Embassy? They may be able to provide such a letter in your situation even if they confirm for others.

If such is not available you must have 400k in your name in local bank account for 2 months each year prior to application.

You can obtain immediate 60 day extension for any entry to visit wife without financial conditions (wife goes with you to Immigration).
