Man shot dead by Police following routine stop in Chonburi District

CHONBURI: -- A wanted man who was stopped by a police patrol in Chonburi District was shot dead by Officers after the man shot at Police during an attempt to escape from Police. Police Sergeant Satit was on patrol with a colleague when he spotted Khun Nalar aged 34 on his motorbike. He was ordered to pull over and appeared extremely nervous. As he was about to be checked he ran away and then turned and shot at Police once who responded by shooting the man twice. He was hit in his head and hand and was pronounced dead-at-the-scene.
