Foreign man sustains serious facial injuries following Pattaya Beach Road crash

PATTAYA: -- A foreign man was badly injured in a road accident on Pattaya Beach in the early hours of Monday. Police and rescue services, including an Ambulance from the Pattaya Memorial Hospital were called to a construction site in front of Soi 10 on the Beach Road. The injured man, who refused to give his name, age or nationality, was stumbling about and appeared to be highly agitated and for more than 20 minutes refused medical treatment. Eventually he fell to the floor, due to heavy blood loss according to medics and the full extent of facial injuries were seen. Witnesses mentioned seeing the victim drive at speed along the Beach. He failed to see the construction site and slammed into the curb as he took evasive action
