Concern Rising About Quality Of Education In Thailand

Thaksin once told us that Thailand has one of the best education systems in the world as more Thais get university degrees than almost anywhere else in the world.............

Yet, still lack the critical thinking skills to flourish beyond the stagnet repression.

Critical thinking skills? What a joke. I was also told by the director of a school I worked at when I wanted to teach a class on Critical Thinking skills that, "the students do not need to know about critical thinking." It's the same school where the director told me, "the Monks will teach the students all they need to know." As I said, the culture is always prority. Yet, they say they want the students to have a quality education. The whole education system is a big joke.
