I want to buy a second-hand drill press. Is there a section of Chiang Mai with a concentration of shops selling used power tools, or are they just spread out everywhere?

Can anyone recommend one with a big inventory?

There seem to be quite a few on the moat road (outside) after Chang Puak gate, on the left hand side. Not sure if you'll get a drill press though, but it's worth a look.

as keo said and also making a left once you get to the stoplight.

Tools here are cheap, no need for second hand.
