IMO there is no doubt that far more advanced species exist in the universe. I suspect that they are keeping an eye on us to make sure we do not escape into the galaxy, as we are far too warlike to want around. OR As in Childhood's End they are waiting for humans to become intelligent before making contact. If they are observing the middle east, I suspect they are inclined to my first theory, and have a planet destroyer missile waiting behind the moon. IMO Transformers are not here to help humanity, but to eliminate us if we become a threat to the galaxy. -
