A few of my favs: Bikrom Yoga www.bikramyogabangkok.com (Chidlom/Ploenchit) - this type of yoga is done in a heated room, not for the faint hearted Asana Yoga 02 203 0878 (Petchburi/RCA) Yoga Sutra 02 636 6758-9 (Sathorn-Standard Chartered Bldg) There's another nice one over in Covent Road, Silom..I think it's called Baan Yoga/House of Yoga, it's inthe back of a restuarant called Kao Gub Kaeng..... but I lost the contact number.... haha Posted March 6, 2004 Share Posted March 6, 2004 they just started offering classes in birakom yoga at california fitness on silom. I may have misspelled the style of yoga. anyway, I was at the gym yesterday. and people are signing up for the classes now. according to the posters at the gym, this style of yoga is very popular in the usa. don't really know anything about yoga, but I will try the classes to get to know more about it.
