Hi,

Im coming to Pattaya on Oct 7th for around 6 weeks and im looking to rent a nice condo in Central Pattaya, im thinking The Urban,The Pride,Nova Avenue Residence (where i usually stay) etc.....

Struggling to find somewhere currently..

All i want is a clean, modern apartment,non smoking and wireless internet..

Really? Most agents would have several units in these buildings on their books.

There may be a problem at the moment with the large number of tenants checking out of the Avenue because of the floods. Presumably they went elsewhere nearby.
