The oz web site it not well worded. Do i need to filling 47 and 40, or just one of them ? Going to get the Mrs a partner visa, as i dont want to have to leave her alone ( cause lag time to get normal visa ) if have family emergency back in Oz. If i retire, might also spend a few months in oz every year too.

Thanks - i intend to.....just dont know when it will really happen. I did not see anywhere where it mentioned you have to live there ( like a PR does ).
