Anyone know this condominium building? I see a lot of the units for rent at good prices such as 25K for a 2 bedroom at Wireless Road (close to New Petchburi).

So what is the catch here? I notice the building is close to the expressway, is it that close to the expressway?

I looked at one there years ago.

Weird design, built-in furniture, small windows-location looks convenient on a map but try getting to it at rush hour.

I have a friend who has lived there for almost 10 years now, and Loves the place... Of course he does not drive, and uses either Taxi's or Motorcycle Taxi's to go everywhere... He says that he is paying 18,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath place...
