I just bought a used Honda Phantom, my first decent size bike in my life and love the hell out of t but i noticed that unlike the scooters, the handlebar doesnt lock. So basicaly if someone wants to they can hold down the clutch and just roll it away, especially as I live on top of a small mountain they can be 500m away before ever needing to start the engine. What do people normally do about this? apart from putting some kind of lock through the wheel?

Where is your lock located, depends on year model.

Mine has the ignition on left side.

The steer lock is located right side in front of the tank close to the right blinker.
