Ideas On Visa For Partner To Oz

Featured Replies

I'd firstly like to thank the people who post the informative information in here.

I'm lost at where I'm going with visa's

Briefly I am a single dad with a disability (recent major spinal surgery)

My partner Thai of three and a half years single mum, has been to Australia 3 times on visitor visas

The first two had no further stay and third we extended for 4 months, Ideally I would like to apply for partner visa slowly gathering information and documents.

I'm travelling to Thailand soon and hoping to get 12 months multiple entry, apply for partner visa at same time?

The other visa I am not sure about is Carer Visa as I have difficulty with most things with my disability.

Has anyone applied for the carers visa?

Any thoughts appreciated, I am dreading the trip to Bangers with all the paperwork for visitor visa 4.

Cheers

Davo
