You would probably be better putting this in the VISA section.

You can obtain a Tourist Visa from Cambodia or Malaysia.

I have travelled to Cambodia twice to get a multiple entry tourist visa. There are several companies that do these trips from either BKK or Pattaya. You can choose between 2D/1N and 3D/2N or even visit some tourist sites whilst in Cambodia.

Prices are between 5 and 7000 baht if I remember correctly.

There's a lot of waiting around but both trips were fairly painless.

The last word I have is that no firms are providing such service to Cambodia currently and that they are not approving any 2 entry visas. But admit conditions do change tepidly. Vientiane might issue with only two in passport (or at least a single) but even that seems to vary.

you did not specify if the current visas in your passport are single entry or double entry.

Please also advise if you have Thai Non Immigrant Visa in your current passport.

In case they are both single entry and no non immigrant than you have a high percentage of getting a double entry in Laos.

In case they are both double entry than you have a high percentage of still getting a single entry in Cambodia.

Thai Embassy in Cambodia has not yet resumed visa service with agents

The conditions that the various Thai embassies apply to tourist visa applicants do seem to vary between locations. I tried to get one in Jakarta earlier in the year and was told I needed a rtn ticket (back to Indonesia) with the application. Something I never needed when applying via an agent in PP.

I'll be aged 50 in approx 15 months and am really looking forward to applying for a retirement visa - hope Immigration do not change the requirements for those in the near future  .
