Personally, I have used www.fitwhey.com. One of the cheapest places, with a large variety. I live in Samut Prakarn , and I get my goods the day after I order.

Another place I have used is http://www.phukethealthshop.com/ Slightly more expensive that Fitwhey, but the service has been very good.

The cheapest supplier I have found, but not yet bought from is www.wheybkk.com, but they seem pretty up front

I try many protein store in thailand as i play bodybuilding at central city bagna , fitnessfirst

best seller and cheap is www.wheybkk.com their main product is optimum whey 5lb, but if you ask them on facebook just send message on facebook, they have also syntha6, gaspari, muscletech ecc..

i know them very well now as i buy 4 times already

i try also pukhethealtshop from pukhet , they have a nice webstore but price is very expensive so i never buy again from them

fitwhey i try to buy optimum whey as they show on theirwebpage but when i try to buy they always say is finish and try to sell instead dymatize elite whey for high price

Unfortunately fitwhey doesn't have ON protein right now. Did anybody of trusted members here bought from wheybkk?

fitwhey is the only way to go. i buy from them since a few months and delivery is prompt and by far the best prices. also they always great promotions and give-aways on the facebook fan page. there must be a reason why they have more than 13.000 facebook fans. who carest hat they dont have optimum nutrition, optimum nutrition tastes like crap anyway. try the cytosport completewhey from fitwhey tehn you what great taste is and instant mix without any clumps. i dring it in water and yogurt mainly which taste great as well as in milk and soy milk.

also the ALL NATURAL line from dyymatize is great, no artificial flavors. if you put the strawberry in yogurt it just tastes like strawberry yogurt which you buy in your local supermarket without all teh sugar and calories.

Hi, what's your opinion on Musashi Bulk: I have been using it for a couple of months and pretty happy minus the cost.

best whey protein for me is optimum double rich chocolate, i usually eat for :

breakfast 1 scoop

preworkout 2 scoops

postworkout 2 scoops

than before sleep 2 scoops of casein protein , if i finish casein i eat normal whey protein

i play fitness at fitness first central city bagna or secaon square

if someone play at same place pm me

Casein is quite dangerous, whole food is the way to go.

why casein protein is dangerous ? is not dangerous is so good if you play fitness

your body need it
