I have a visa run scheduled for tomorrow.....to KUL malaysia.....my question is on wednesday when I go there to pick up my visa...will they allow me to enter if I am wearing a backpack with my clothes, etc?? Im only asking because I need to check out of the hotel before I head theree.....and i read somewhere that they will not allow luggage/ bags in the embassy....please advise...also, what time does the embassy open on wed for passport collection? Ive tried accessing the KUL malaysia thai embassy website but it seems to be down for the last couple days..

The Thai consulate accepts collection after 2pm the afternoon following the day of submission, there is a small gatehouse you enter, before proceeding to the office to submit/collect your visa, there is a guy there who will hold your bag short term for collecting a visa. You can verify and check this when you go to submit your application.
