We've been living in Bangkok for almost a year and our health insurance will expire in a few weeks. The insurance company (AETNA) only issues 1 year policies, but we will only be in Thailand until end of this year. So we need to find coverage for November and December. We'd consider travel insurance but we think that is only for trips that have not yet begun and we are still in Thailand. Any advise/suggestion?
