I'm due for extension in the next few days.

I remember long ago at Suanpluu, we had to photocopy some pages of our passport. Does anyone know the exact pages that we have to photocopy ?

btw, is there a website where I can download the form ? Thanks.

Pinned items 'useful information' at top of this forum has links for downloads. You want the TM.7 form. You will need a 4x6cm photo, 1,900 baht, copy of passport data page/visa/entry stamps.

I kind of need a pdf version where the Thai scripts are intact. The format in the Word version contains plenty of check boxes with no Thai scripts.

Yes, I use Mac version of Word.
