Is there any program that will record/play the video and cuts out the pauses while its streaming? My connection is OK but onmany videos I get the pauses...Utube etc

Start the video, once it starts streaming press pause or stop on the player and let it buffer to the end, then press play (the streaming file is held in a temp.file on your computer)
