I have some suspended ceilings that need replacing. Can anyone recommend a builder who has done this kind of work?

Regarding the distance I think you may have misunderstood me. In my experience Thai contractors are reluctant too far for jobs rather than being a problem for me.

I just had m ceiling box reaised to find air con's and there is no such thing as straight; aligned borders !!
