I Had to go to immigration this week to renew my visa. The place is so busy at the moment. My school tried to get an online appointment and had no luck. I was there at 8.15 am and was very lucky to get the last ticket for the work permits/retirement visa desk. My friend went the next day at 7.45 am and the tickets had all gone before she got one. Not sure if the online system is working or overloaded or whatever. The best bet for me is to get there early get a ticket and take a book.
