Evacuations Centers in Chonburi begin to accept flood victims

PATTAYA: -- Evacuation Centers around Chonburi Province have begun to fill-up as those affected by the floods in Bangkok and surrounding Provinces received much-needed assistance to relocate until the waters subside. We visited the Sattahip Navy Base on Friday Night as they received the first of what is expected to total more than 3,000 evacuees who have been transferred from evacuation centers in Northern Bangkok which are no longer safe, due to the rising flood waters. Further preparations have been made to accommodate more evacuees should the situation deteriorate further over the coming week
