Interested to stat tutoring few students at home and wantedto know if I need additional documents to do this

Your current work permit only covers the one job that you have with your company. In order to tutor legally you would need to open a branch office where you wanted to tutor, then add the new work permit to your current one, the business objective of the branch office would need to be related to tutoring that you wish to do.
