Grass Cutter runs over body of newborn baby in wasteland east of Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- The body of a newborn girl which is thought to have been dumped in wasteland, was discovered after it had been run over by a grass-cutting device attached to a tractor on Monday afternoon. Police were called to the train track road in the Nong Pla Lai area in Eastern Pattaya to inspect the disfigured body of the newborn child which was believed to have been dumped at the location in a black plastic bag. Municipal workers had been sent to the side of the road to cut the grass and stopped as soon as they realized they had run over the corpse.
