True Internet

Featured Replies

Usually excellent service from True internet, server been resetting about every 20mins since about 4pm today!

Anyone else been having this problem?

Yes. About ready to through the router in the bin, but if you're having trouble as well its probably not an issue with my router!

Another complaint, had True internet for 4 months now, and still they haven't sent me a bill. No problem finding the house to get things installed, but getting the address correct seems beyond them.

On the plus side, download speeds have been good.

Now to see whether its down again when I hit the submit button.....

Just logged on for a late night e-mail check and some internet radio. Connection is definitely flaky tonight.

They always send my bill astray! Usually wait til they are about to cut me off and get routed to the payment page as a 5 day warning to settle up!

.... and yes, download speeds are ace!

I have a Dtac aircard, the speeds remind me of the dial-up days in the early 90's. The company no doubt over sold its server capacity and now everyone suffers. I may give the True a try.

Just so you know, this thread is about the cable, not the 3G wireless. True's 3G in Chiang Mai is not great. The best aircard you can get would be AIS (currently). DTAC has no 3G in Chiang Mai yet, as far as I am aware.
