Need 3 Bedroom House, 3 Months. Pattaya Area

My family are flood victims and it is quite clear we are going to be unable to return home until well into next year.

We are looking for a 3 bedroom house with internet service for a 3 month rental and possible month to month after that. House can be located anywhere in the greater Pattaya area.

Budget is 20k - 40k. Swimming pool would be nice, especially at the higher end of the range, but internet is essential.

I am hoping that many of the Bangkok area flood victims that were not seriously damaged will be leaving soon, and that something might be opening up. Please let me know if anyone has something available.
