daveh789 Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Not sure if this is correct forum to ask about atv's? Can an atv (110cc panther eagle) be registered and then insured for someone (farang) who is permanently disabled, if proper sign is displayed in thai language. I wish to use it locally on thai roads not the main highways. I have proof of disability in both legs and had a disabled registered car in uk and drove it no problems. I can take any test required and have ascertained that i can handle this vehicle safely. Thanks for any advice
katabeachbum Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Nope, ATV/quad can not be registered to use road legal It is common in TH for disabled to be allowed to use any vehicle they find fit, without plate/tax/insurance, plenty of 3 wheel honda click around, so i see no problem in a small engine ATV used by a disabled with no plate/reg/tax
