Boi Company Location

Hi

I am an expat working for a BOI registered company with work permit and Non B visa.

When our factory was flooded the company quickly rented a double wide shophouse in another province. We have started operations in this new location and the plan is to keep it running as a permenant second location. The shophouse is NOT on an industrial estate.

If we move forward I will be assigned at the new location permenantly.

Is it okay for a BOI company to operate out of a common shophouse like this? Even if we don't apply for our BOI benefits for the work done at this location?

Can I add a second address to my work permit so I can work at both locations?
